NutriChomps/Scott Pet 2022 National Outdoors Month Giveaway Official Rules

Disclaimer information: Winner’s will provide NutriChomps/Scott Pet with Name and Address for shipping purposes. Prize may not be redeemed for cash value. If the individual selected declines to provide shipping information, they will be removed, and an additional winner will be randomly selected.

1. Eligibility:

a. Facebook: incentive is open to all participants that COMMENT A PICTURE of their dog in an outdoor setting and include their dog’s name and the park visited in the comments of the original 2022 National Outdoors Month Giveaway posted on June 1, 2022. The promotional period runs from 12pm EST June 1, 2022 through 12pm EST June 15, 2022.

b. Instagram: incentive is open to all participants that POST A PICTURE of their dog in an outdoor setting, TAG @NutriChomps in their photo/post, and include their dog’s name and the park. The promotional period runs from 12pm EST June 1, 2022 through 12pm EST June 15, 2022.

c. A total of 2 winners will be chosen. One from each platform (Facebook, Instagram). One entry per account per platform.

2. Winners will be randomly selected on June 15, 2022 at 12:00 pm based on complete submissions received from 12:00 pm EST on June 1, 2022 through 12:00 pm EST June 15, 2022.

3. NutriChomps National Outdoors Month Giveaway PRIZE: Scott Pet/NutriChomps will randomly select a total of 2 winners. One winner will be randomly selected from Facebook. The other winner will be randomly selected from Instagram. Each Winner will receive a NutriChomps Travel Pack full of NutriChomps product. This product will be hand selected to best satisfy the winner (dog) based on age and weight. The winners can expect a variety of NutriChomps products that will fit in a 15inx14inx5in backpack. There is no substitution of prizes. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash value

4. PRIZE AWARDING: Limit one prize per person per platform. Scott Pet/NutriChomps will notify winners via Facebook Messenger/ Instagram DM. Winners will also be announced in the original post on the corresponding platform. The selected winners will have 24 hours from the time they are contacted to respond with their mailing information. If either of the selected winners is unable to provide mailing information within 24 hours, an additional participant will be randomly selected to replace them. The total ARV of the prize is (+/-) $95. If winner declines to receive prize or fulfill incentive requirements there will be no cash compensation.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Scott Pet/Nutri Chomps Entities are not responsible for technical failures of any kind. Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Giveaway, as solely determined by the Scott Pet/NutriChomps Entities, will be disqualified. If disqualified the Scott Pet/NutriChomps Entities reserve the right to terminate an entrant’s eligibility to participate in the giveaway. Only the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in Rule 3.

By accepting the prize, winners agree to: (a) be bound by the rules; (b) release the Scott Pet/NutriChomps Entities, their parent companies, organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion partners, fulfillment agencies, agents and their estate and/or family members from all liability, claims, action, or proceedings relating to the giveaway and from injuries or damages arising in connection with or relating to participation in the promotion, or use or misuse of the prize; and (c) waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules. By accepting the prize, winner further acknowledges the Sponsor and any other entity involved with this incentive have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, relative to the prize or prize suppliers or to any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose including without limitation, use of any equipment associated with the prize. All taxes and other expenses not specified herein, including federal, state, local and departure, licenses and registrations, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Incentive, and/or cancel, terminate or suspend any portion of this Incentive should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper sales recording of the Incentive and in any such event, at its discretion, select winners from eligible, non-suspect sales totals received prior to the event requiring such termination, cancellation or suspension.

Scott Pet/NutriChomps Entities are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Incentive, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of winners or the distribution of any prize.

6. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and the Scott Pet/NutriChomps Entities in connection with the Incentive, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Indiana. Entrants agree to indemnify Sponsor for all claims brought by third parties in connection with the Incentive.
